The actress starred as Alison Lockhart in Showtimes The Affair as a character with hidden secrets, who falls in an affair with Noah Solloway. Wilson won the Golden Globe in 2015 for Best Actress, Television Series Drama. The show also featured Maura Terney and Joshua Jackson. In addition to adding more genre of horror to her credits, she's scheduled to appear in the British film adaptation of The Little Stranger a supernatural thriller that is based upon the novel written by Sarah Waters. Wilson is also the producer of the film.
